How do I book online?
Super easy…. A 3 step process…
1) Click on any of the ‘BOOK NOW’ buttons to access the web booking form then select your service and house size.
2) Select a suitable available day and time
3) Answer a few short questions and click the Confirm Booking button. You’ll receive an email confirming the booking

What if I can’t see a suitable day or time or I need a super urgent booking?
No problem, As a small family business we can be flexible. Often we can squeeze in urgent bookings or have a waiting list. Just call us on 0800 444 071 or if you prefer use the message box at the bottom of each web site page or email us at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
How and when do I pay?
Payment is due upon completion. We accept cash or bank transfer. Sorry no mobile Eftpos or credit cards at the moment.
What if my house doesn’t fit your standard flat rate pricing? Or if I have out buildings, balustrades or special requirements?

What do I need to do before you come?
For window cleaning please ensure all windows are closed firmly. On the inside, please remove anything off window sills and if there is anything in the way of the windows please remove to allow easy access. For outside as long as we have easy access for our waterfed pole there is nothing special to do.
If you have window security bars or there are window AC units or screens these will either have to be removed prior or we will endeavour to work around them but we will not remove these ourselves.
For gutter cleaning we use ladders so if you have cars, trailers etc parked in the way we’d appreciate it if these were moved to allow ladder access.
What if it’s raining, do you still come?
We still come if its raining. We will always do the interior in the rain at the booking time and most exterior can be done in light to moderate rain. If its really pouring / driving rain we will reschedule that part and get to you asap.
Light rain doesn’t affect gutter cleaning but if its too wet it becomes a safety issue to be on ladders so we’ll re-schedule.
How does the 100% pure water system work?
We use your outside tap that runs water through a state of the art dual filter system that removes any impurities. This water is fed through an extension pole with a synthetic brush at the end to scrub the windows and frames. This means no ladders in your garden and no nasty chemicals. Just 100% pure water.
The dirt clings to the pure water and we rinse it away. When the water dries it leaves a streak and spot free crsytal clear finish. It actually leaves the windows cleaner for longer as dirt doesn’t easily stick to the newly cleaned windows – its AMAZING !
Does it use lots of water?
No. Its a low pressure system that hardly uses any water (less than a hose). Infact Tauranga City Council / Water Watchers & Smart Water approve our systems use even if we have a hose pipe ban in the middle of summer – ask to see our Smart Water Plan Certificate. We can clean your whole house with less water than a shower uses – its very environmentally friendly.
Do I need to be home when you are cleaning?
For exterior window cleaning and gutter cleaning you do not need to be home as we are just working outside. However for interior we require you to be present to let us in. If you need to leave before we have finished inside we are happy to lock up afterwards and let you know when we leave.
Do you offer any discounts?
YES – If you book more than one service we offer a discount on the second one. Eg, a window and gutter clean combo.
Also if you decide to become a regular customer and book into our regular cleaning program you receive a 10% discount on any services after your first clean.
How long does it take?
We allow anywhere from 1 1/2 to 3+ hours depending on the size of house, how dirty the windows are, any additional services like a Spider Spray or Gutter Cleaning. clean.
Do you do commercail buildings?
We specialise in residential homes but YES we do have commercial window cleaning customers too. Whether it’s a shop front, restaurant / cafe, large commercial building (up to 3 stories) or more. Regular window cleaning services does not include hard water spot removal, scraping stickers, removing paint spots or putty or post construction cleaning.
We endeavour to clean your windowsills and frames as best as possible however some wooden frames / sills are very difficult to clean, can have paint peeling and ingrained staining from mildew and dirt. Some aluminium frames can oxidise over time and become ‘chalky’ this chalky oxidation can occasionally run onto the cleaned windows after we have cleaned it.
On occasion there may be some very stubborn dirt or stains on your windows that we can’t remove, however we try our best to give you the absolute best cleaning possible.
Gutter cleaning is the inside of the gutter not the exterior surface. We remove all dirt, debris, leaves, plant growth etc then flush with water. If you have gutter guards / protection installed we don’t remove them and probably can’t clean your gutters. We also don’t do gutter repairs.
